It is just past 7 am, and two co-workers have already made the list. It will be an interesting day. Our supervisor, who shall remain nameless for the sake of privacy, sent us an email "quoting" the attendance policy for tardiness and absenteeism. Well, let's just say that it is not going well at this point. Do you really need to tell people that you are going to be fair, and follow policy for everyone, if you have been doing that from the start? I think not.
